HEALTH WALKS
The Health Walks are organised by Healthy Valleys, which is a charity helping vulnerable people of all types in society. Anybody and everybody is welcome on the walks - they are a great chance to have a natter! Walking in the fresh air has been shown to help people in lots of ways, reducing blood pressure, reducing stress and anxiety, improving general health, fitness and mobility.
