To find out about the pharmacy stop smoking services, find your nearest community pharmacy or visit Quit Your Way Lanarkshire ASH Scotland - eLearning module: Smoking and Young People The module focuses on how smoking impacts young people in Scotland, including attitudes and knowledge; smoking, e-cigarettes and other substances; and tobacco industry tactics in recruiting young people. It also explores youth work’s role in engaging young people to stay smoke-free, and supporting young people to quit smoking, highlighting resources and strategies to enable you to confidently discuss smoking with the young people you support. Access the course by creating a free account on ASH Scotland’s elearning website. There is also an information leaflet on Vaping/E-Cigarettes attached. MorphFit Gentle Movement Project MorphFit deliver inclusive and accessible exercise plans and lifestyle interventions in a fun, friendly and welcoming setting for anyone in South Lanarkshire with an acknowledged health condition; from the ageing population; a carer and; or feeling isolated. They have online and in-person classes with digital support if needed.
