What is Warmer Homes Scotland? Warmer Homes Scotland is a Scottish Government funded programme designed to help people in Scotland make their homes warmer and more comfortable. The programme covers a wide range of energy-efficient improvements like wall and loft insulation, draught-proofing, central heating, and renewables. Householders could get help worth up to around £10,000 or more. Since 2015, the programme has helped over 35,000 households across Scotland to live in warmer, healthier homes that are more affordable to heat. These improvements have not only enhanced the lives of the householders but also place Scotland in a better position to achieve its net zero targets.
