I’ve also attached a couple of documents with more detail, an image of what the envelope containing any vouchers should look like and potential questions to raise the issue (these are more suitable for specific energy advisors, but the first 2 questions could be used by anyone seeing patients/other staff/members of the public as part of their role). There is contact information below for Advice Direct Scotland, but both the Tackling Poverty Team in North Lanarkshire and the Money Matters Advice Service in South can also support individuals with any issues around this, as well as local Citizens Advice Services.
